This is part of the final hours of WYFF's Weather Plus, which was dropped on January 1, 2011 and replaced by thisTV, a movie channel, on 4.2. WYFF continued to air an automated version of Weather Plus from 2008-2010, after NBC discontinued the national NBC Weather Plus service. This was recorded on December 31, 2010.
Sorry for the poor video quality, this was spur of the moment - all I had was my mobile phone camera and a 30 year old TV set handy. The rolling/interference in the video is from the recording, not the set. I had to replace the sound as the music did not pick up well.
