For the first time in Kenya, TRACE group offers an international Gospel stage: The TRACE GOSPEL LIVE SESSIONS. The program has already been tested in France by hosting Michelle Williams (Destiny's Child), Anita Wilson... thanks to the willingness of Piero Battery, director of the Trace Gospel Channel, it is now being exported to Kenya to celebrate the launching of the channel in East Africa with the Zuku operator.
This major event will take place on May 27th, 2017 from 1PM to 6PM, at NGONG RACECOURSE WATERFRONT.
For this first African edition, we have the privilege to welcome as guest honor, the famous duo "MARY MARY" consisting of sisters Erica and Tina Campbell (and 8 albums, 3 Dove Awards, 6 Stellar Awards). Their album "Thankful" released in 2000, suddenly walked them through to the rank of international stars, thanks to the single "Shackles".
This event is one of the most innovating in terms of search of directories, new talents but also local artists such as : JIMMY GAIT – WILLY PAUL– IVLYN MUTUA – JOYCE OMONDI – Dj GEE GEE – DJ MO
The TRACE GOSPEL LIVE SESSIONS will also welcome artists from Europe, the Caribbean's (Jessica Dorsey and Carol Bertogal) who will complete this bold program bringing together many different cultures around Gospel music.
